Hong Kong Cellist Society “Moment Musical 2013” Concert and

Ticket arrangement notice

 

Due to Super Typhoon Usagi and the T8 signal on Sunday Sept 22nd, concert “Moment Musical 2013” was CANCELLED. We will postpone this concert to

 

December 15^th, 2013 (Sun 7:00pm)

Hong Kong City Hall Recital Hall

 

For your purchased tickets, please find the arrangement in the following:

 

If holders of the September 22- tickets must exchange ticket in order to be admitted - Exchange your ticket(s) for December 15^th, 2013 same concert for ticket(s) of the same value. This service will be provided and arranged by Hong Kong Cellist Society during office hour at Workshop 3, 11/F, Block A, Wing Kut Industrial Building, 608 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, KLN, Hong Kong.

 

Refund - Request a refund by Cheque.

 

Application Procedure

Holder must mail / submit the original ticket(s) by Post or by Person during office or before 30 October 2013 with holder full name and contact details (contact no. and email).

(Business Hour: Monday to Thursday 10am -1pm 2pm-7pm, close on public holidays)
